Founded by Late Shri Manmalji Modi in 1965, the company began as a brokerage business in seeds and edible oils. His vision and dedication laid the foundation for a reliable, transparent, and ethical trading business, which has now evolved into one of India’s leading agro-trading firms.
1990
Mr. Sanjay Modi expanded the business, establishing Jayant Enterprises for large-scale agro trading.
2007
Modi & Modi Agrotech LLP was officially registered to diversify and modernize trading operations.
2018 - Present
